Fiternet

Hi guys! I came across a pretty neat website, it's called fiternet.com. It's a website for those(including me) people who go to the gym to workout, maybe to gain strength, resistance and most especially weight loss for me. But that's not it, as some of their workouts are tailor-fit for people who don't usually go to the gym, but prefer to workout at home.

The site is loaded with pretty cool features, like tracking your progress, like in my case, how much weight I've lost. It also recommends some diet, a list of exercises, coupled with images, pictures and even videos of how to do it. It also have "template" workouts like "The Beach Body Workout", the "Athletic Workout" and the likes. It features daily workouts, how many reps each and even the leave time for each workout interval.

So go try to check it out, who knows, I might be able to achieve the 14 days "Beach Body" I've been wanting to have :D Cheers to this very useful website.
